Q1) Renu we are glad to have you with us. Kindly introduce yourself to our audience.

A Meet with Myself:

Listening to this question about myself makes me excited a lot,

So, first of all I would really be grateful to the god and appreciate that he created me as a beautiful soul,

I would be grateful to him for giving me food to eat all three times in a day & shelter to cover and protect myself,

I am nothing and nothing without his grace, all is what he blesses me daily and then only I can wake up and do my routine activities by remembering him in each & every activity,

He is there then only all my work gets completed, because god is in each and every tiny part, it’s we that we forget him,

Whenever we are in problem then only we remember him, why??

And when we are happy, we don't thank him stating that this happiness is all because you have given me,

So, I am lucky and blessed that he has created me such a beautiful, peaceful soul that when I wake up, I say thank you, when I eat I say thank you, when I do my all activities, it's never without his remembrance, when I sleep, I pray and sleep stating that thank you god for this beautiful day,

And believe me if you remember him always like this then he is not gonna leave your hand,

He is sitting there only and only to forgive, we have to take just one step, believe me he would come 10 steps for you and bless you like anything,

Why am I telling this because I personally experience this daily in my life,

And never feel proud that you know this because you know that whatever we are today it's all his grace that he has made us so,

So be a beautiful and peaceful soul, keep thanking him and say that "my great master it's all yours and yours only given to me, I’m nothing and nothing without your grace,

Then see his existence in your life will make your each day very special,

I was an Academic Topper, then College Topper, then I was teacher for span of 6 years, then I’m into Corporate World since 5 years, In year 2020 I started writing & with his Grace I’m writing so very well…

Q2) Why do you think Mental Health is important? Are there any experiences in your life that you want to share?

Role of Mental Health has been very crucial in today’s era. Depression is one of the major factor that leads to complete destruction of one’s mind that fills the negative thoughts and also it is so danger that it forces one to make the suicidal attempts. Depression is one of the serious mental health factor that really needs the perfect counsellor and the one who understands it and help to the one for coming out through the stages of depression…

Talking about the Experiences that happened in my life it was a major heartbreak that happened in the year 2017 and after that I was into depression for 6 months where I was not in my control at all. Not only that as the graduation was done in the same month I started with my new job and being in to the depression stage also I was felicitated as the “best new comer” I tried to make myself strong and to move on because maybe he was not the one which was made for me and whatever happens is for something good and yes it was good.

So, the breakup just made me stronger after those 6 months of depression and then I never looked back and with every new opportunity coming into my way just changed my life. It made me bolder, confident, courageous, unstoppable, and passionate in every way and I came up with the flying colors.

Here, the Renu became more passionate and unstoppable and after all the situations that she was into depression after the major heart break but taking it positively she came out of it and started her journey of dreams.

Q3) You have recently taken part in an initiative by RLC and Infotainment Coloumn. You have been doing Mental Health Research with them. Tell us about your findings.

The absence of mental health experts offering mental health services in rural and frontier areas, according to a 2018 study, is the biggest obstacle stopping rural Residents from accessing care. The most underprivileged and under-resourced communities frequently have the greatest demand for mental healthcare practitioners, further compounding the difficulties of delivering mental health services.

Q4) How do you feel helping the rural population out by arranging 4 Mental Health sessions for them and being a part of the initiative?

Its Really Extremely Grateful Feeling being part of the great initiative and I would take a minute here and appreciate the very Beautiful Soul Subhechha Ganguly for giving me the Wonderful Opportunity for Sponsoring the Mental Health Sessions to the Rural Population where in session consists of the topics as below
